EODC will provide upon request, accessible formats and communication supports where possible including but not limited to:

c. Electronic versions
d. Reading information out loud

If information cannot be converted to an accessible format EODC will provide an explanation as to why the information is unconvertible. We will provide a summary of the information or communication, in an accessible format. EODC will endeavor to respond within 3 working days where possible.

EODC has restricted access to the building for security reasons; if you require assistance accommodation will be provided. To pre-arrange this prior to a visit please contact the Accessibility Officer as outlined below.
