Cleanliness is a critical part of our coating process

Our strong team of professionals take pride in meeting a wide range of challenges. EODC’s management personnel, our quality control representatives, technical and administrative support staff are dedicated to meeting – and exceeding – your requirements and expectations.

Our reputation is built on experience. EODC’s management and production staff include former members of the Canadian Forces. EODC’s field service representatives work closely with Canadian Forces Engineering and Maintenance personnel. Our management personnel have extensive project management expertise and are experienced in sound planning, flexible, responsive, and proactive management.

The bottom line: our work is more than our livelihood. It is about the lives that depend on the quality of our work.

EODC will provide accommodation for people with disabilities, upon request, in order support their participation in the recruitment process.

EODC will notify job applicants, when they are individually selected to take part in the selection process, or assessments that accommodations are available upon request in relation to the material or processes to be used.

If a selected applicant requests an accommodation, EODC will consult with the applicant and provide or arrange for the provision of a suitable accommodation in a manner that takes into account the applicant’s accessibility needs due to disability.
